You should be a doer, thinker, and leader—someone who doesn't wait for direction but defines it. If you’ve worked in rapid-scaling product companies, led high performing teams, and solved complex technical problems while keeping the bigger picture in mind, we want to hear from you.​Who You Are :​10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in architectural roles.​ Must have extensive experience in Docker , Node JS, Python,​ AI is a plus​ Proven background in high-growth startups or product-led tech companies.​ Strong experience with system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.​ You bring a "can-do" and "get-things-done" attitude with zero tolerance for procrastination.​ A creative problem-solver with strategic thinking and a bias for action.​ Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (AI, backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, etc.).​ Strong leadership experience – have led, mentored, and inspired cross functional engineering teams.​ Hands-on when needed – you're not afraid to get into code.​ A continuous learner with hunger to stay ahead of the curve in tech, tools,
