Job Description:
We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive Passed / Pursuing CS Professional), preferably a B.Com graduate, with working knowledge of GST and basic accounts. The role includes corporate compliance, MCA filings, GST returns, and maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file e-forms and returns with MCA
- Draft minutes, notices, resolutions; maintain statutory registers
- Assist in Board, Committee, and General Meetings
- Support annual filing, ROC compliance, and corporate restructuring
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and authorities

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.Com graduate
- CS Executive (both groups) passed or pursuing CS Professional
- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, GST, and basic accounting
- Proficient in MCA21 portal, GSTN portal, and MS Office
- Solid drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
