Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining franchise agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, franchise, and contract laws.
- Support trademark-related work, including trademark searches, application tracking, renewals, and infringement monitoring.
- Maintain records of legal documents, contracts, notices, and compliance registers.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Review legal clauses and suggest improvements to existing agreements.
- Help in preparing legal notices, replies, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor franchise legal compliance and assist in resolving documentation-related issues.
- Perform other legal and compliance tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibility

- Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) or recently graduated in Law.
- Good understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark), and Commercial Laws.




- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of trademark registration and intellectual property laws.
- Ability to interpret legal provisions and prepare concise legal summaries.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
