About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in IT sales or business development, with strong communication, lead generation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with software development services, web/mobile applications, or digital solutions is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
