Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our company's social media presence, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, social media marketing, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.

Content Creation & Coordination

- Plan engaging content related to products, services, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.




- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Advertising & Lead Generation

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ROI.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creativity and ability to identify trending content opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
