Job Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective customers and business clients
- Following up on inquiries and leads
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Coordinating with the sales and marketing team
- Handling basic documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Bengali & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
