At Koderbox, we help students build successful careers through Foreign Language (Japanese, German, French, etc.) and Coding & AI courses. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals who enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and helping students choose the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and explain Koderbox courses.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Make 250–300 outbound calls and follow up with interested students every day.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and Whats App until the student makes a decision.
- Update lead status in the CRM after every interaction.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good listening and relationship-building skills.
