Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to generate leads and support sales for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and fixing site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and potential buyers
- Explain project details (plots, flats, villas, pricing, location perks)
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

- Any Degree / 12th Pass

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in real estate telecalling / sales
- Ability to handle leads independently
