Job Title:

Phlebotomist / Lab Technician

Qualification:

- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Valid registration (if applicable) preferred

Phlebotomist – Job Responsibilities

- Blood sample collection (venous, capillary) from OPD, IPD, ICU, emergency patients
- Ensure correct patient identification and proper labeling of samples
- Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Handle patients politely and professionally during sample collection
- Transport samples safely to the laboratory without delay
- Maintain sample collection records and test requisition forms
- Follow Biomedical Waste (BMW) management rules strictly
- Report any collection-related issues immediately to the supervisor

Lab Technician – Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine laboratory investigations (Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Urine, Stool, etc.)
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
- Perform quality control (QC) and calibration as per protocol
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting of results




- Record and maintain laboratory registers and documentation
- Follow NABL / internal quality standards (if applicable)
- Ensure proper storage of reagents, samples, and consumables
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the laboratory
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and phlebotomy team

General Duties

- Follow hospital rules, duty roster, and shift timings
- Maintain professional behavior and teamwork
- Immediate reporting of equipment malfunction or incidents
- Compliance with hospital policies and management instructions

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,378.25 - ₹13,000.00 per month
