- Unload incoming deliveries and verify items with purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Check quantity, quality, damages, and expiry dates of all received items before acceptance.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Purchase Manager immediately.
- Ensure all received items are properly checked and safely transferred from gate receiving to the store.
- Organize stock properly on racks, shelves, and designated storage areas.
- Ensure store cleaning and proper arrangement is completed at the beginning of the shift.
- Do not allow unauthorized persons inside the store without senior approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
- Issue materials only against approved departmental requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system/register.
- Follow FIFO system while storing and issuing materials.
- Assist in monthly physical inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with all departments for timely issuance of materials.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
