The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals and to support the delivery of innovative cloud-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive future growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration strategies ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous improvement and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of migration activities with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Solid experience in designing and optimizing database procedures and functions for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex database migration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with database systems.
- Experience in performance tuning and ensuring data integrity during migration processes.
