We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background who can efficiently manage construction site activities along with warehouse/store operations. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, material management, manpower supervision, and ensuring smooth coordination between site and store functions.

Key Responsibilities:Site Management

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and site safety compliance.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Warehouse & Store Management

- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.




- Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at the warehouse/store.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in warehouse/store and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of material management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
