Job Responsibilities:

Call customers regarding loan products and financial services

Generate leads and follow up with interested clients

Explain loan offers, eligibility, and documentation process

Maintain customer database and daily call records

Coordinate with sales and processing team

Build valuable customer relationships and provide support

Required Skills:





Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)

Confidence in customer handling

Basic knowledge of loans/finance is a plus

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Basic smartphone/computer knowledge

Home Loan

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Balance Transfer

Business Loan

Personal Loan

Plot + Construction Loan

12th Pass / Graduate
