Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in real estate marketing, lead generation, campaign management, brand promotion, and digital marketing. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to maximize lead conversions and strengthen the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for apartment projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities including hoardings, newspaper advertisements, pamphlets, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with channel partners and marketing agencies to generate quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and effective lead conversion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.
- Manage project branding, promotional materials, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Organize project launch events, customer engagement activities,



and promotional campaigns.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance and submit MIS reports to management.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing partners.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and marketing analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Apartment Marketing.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- SEO and Social Media Marketing knowledge.
- Campaign planning and budget management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of AI productivity tools is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, preferably in Apartment Sales.
- Proven track record in generating qualified leads and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing both digital and offline marketing activities.
