Job Summary
We are looking for a soft-spoken, empathetic, customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries, assist customers, resolve customer issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with enquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass/graduate in any discipline.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly phone manner.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Kannada (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
