Pinnacle Education & Immigration Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Immigration Counsellor to join our Jalandhar Branch.
The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding study abroad and immigration opportunities, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting prospective clients into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Study Abroad, Visitor Visa, Work Visa & Immigration options.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa/study options.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation and application procedures.
- Handle walk-in, online and telephone enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the filing team for smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with changes in visa rules and immigration policies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in an Immigration Consultancy / Study Abroad firm will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
- Knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA and European countries is preferred.
