Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM solutions.
- Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Develop automation workflows, lead nurturing processes, and lifecycle management.
- Build custom reports and executive dashboards.
- Manage CRM data quality, segmentation, and governance.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business processes and recommend RevOps best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for HubSpot implementations.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Solid knowledge of RevOps processes and CRM implementation.
- Experience with HubSpot workflows, custom properties, reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
