Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Business Development Associate to manage online leads and support sales growth. The role involves handling inquiries from online portals, connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and ensuring successful conversions through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly check and manage leads received through online portals and platforms
- Contact prospective customers via phone calls to understand their requirements
- Clearly explain product/service details, pricing, and offers to potential clients
- Share complete information, brochures, and links through WhatsApp or other digital channels
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to drive conversions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication
- Update lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion details in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of converted clients




- Achieve assigned targets for lead conversion and customer acquisition

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Valuable communication skills in English and local language
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and online tools
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead management portals is an advantage
- Ability to follow up consistently and handle customer queries patiently
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in online sales, telecalling, or business development (freshers can apply)

Work Mode:

- Online / Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
