Location: Pitampura, Delhi Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Position: HR Recruiter Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: 3–5 years
key Responcibility
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.✅ Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding.✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.✅ Achieve monthly hiring targets.

✅ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and all major job portals.✅ Knowledge of Campus Hiring is mandatory.✅ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.✅ Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
