▪ During your time with The Rescue Federation®, you will be responsible for overseeing overall operations and ensuring smooth execution of business activities
▪ Manage and coordinate different departments including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
▪ Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue
▪ Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure timely achievement of goals
▪ Lead recruitment, training, and team management initiatives
▪ Handle client relationships, B2B collaborations, and business expansion opportunities
▪ Supervise daily operations including ambulance services, training programs, and campaigns
▪ Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
▪ Ensure effective internal communication and maintain a productive work workplace
▪ Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, and official communications

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
