- Troubleshooting layers 1, 2 and 3 of the OSI Model
- Applying security patches as required
- Designing and implementing firewall, VPN, and IDS/IPS solutions for office and data-centre environments
- Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures
- Providing 24/7 on-call security operational support on a rotational basis for Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems, Firewalls, Hardware Security Module, Endpoint Security and appliances
