We are hiring Hindi Inbound Telecallers for our office in Sector 63, Noida.

We are looking for candidates who are confident in speaking Hindi, have good communication skills, and are comfortable handling customer calls. Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and requirements.
- Provide appropriate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Coordinate with the team when required.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding).
- Positive communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge (Optional).




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of Astrology will be an added advantage.
