About the Role

SS Hyundai is looking for a smart, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to create a welcoming experience for our customers and ensure smooth front-office operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers and visitors with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and customer enquiry registers.
- Coordinate customer appointments with Sales and Service teams.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks.
- Provide accurate information about dealership services and direct customers accordingly.




- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain Hyundai service standards.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles (automobile experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
