We re experiencing an exciting period of growth and we have opportunities available for a talented and innovative individual to join our quick-growing office at a mid-level and looking to take their career on to the next step Requirements Degree Qualified - BE Chemical Mechanical Engineering Advanced language ability minimum English and Hindi both written and spoken Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural settings Min 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Candidates having EPC industry will be preferred Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards required for project execution Understanding of all aspects governing operational production activities regulations guidelines statutory compliances in industry Experience in Setting up API Sterile units Chemical Manufacturing Facilities Concept Basic Detail Engineering Work Knowledge of MS Schedule AutoCAD Auto Cad Plant 3D Revit Navisworks Shall have to travel visit relocate at any site as per project requirement Ability to work to schedule tight deadlines and budgets Ability to prioritise own workload and that of their team Ability to carry out problem solving Experience with power systems in Data Centers Familiarity with Indian engineering regulations Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work Indian design experience necessary with deep knowledge of NFPA codes NBC Codes local and international IS and ISO Standards Very good proactive communicator Preparing planning scheduling coordinating and monitoring the technical aspects of assigned projects Interacting with clients Key Activities High-performing professional with a reputation of successfully carrying out Project Design execution Management responsibilities Demonstrated experience in developing Conceptual designs and carry out basic engineering and coordinate with detail engineering Knowledge of cGMP norms CCOE OISD norms Factory Inspectorate Rules ASHRAE Shall have very good knowledge of FDA guidelines Experience of Participation in HAZOP Study Leading Meeting with Client Contractors Vendors Travelling to site during execution work for design coordination Setting up Project Execution Plans Guidelines Coordination with Site Construction team Knowledge of Statutory Requirements Preparation of Weekly Monthly Project Status Report Support to Marketing team while bidding for new project Expertise in project planning scheduling budgeting and monitoring Expertise in project costing Invoicing Experience in Handling Domestic International clients right from concept basic detail construction Competency in checking HVAC Civil MEP Drawings Proficiency in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters Knowledge of Procurement activities Vendor Evaluation Technical Evaluation Recommendation This role would be ideally suited to someone who is passionate about data centers and the data center market and who is versatile personable and articulate If you are looking for a new opportunity to further your Career then please apply responding with a cover letter and CV
