Your Role

As an Stylist at StayVista, you will be responsible for bringing StayVista's properties to life through thoughtful styling and compelling visual storytelling. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end photography operations, ensuring every image aligns with and reflects our brand standards.

About You.

- Style villas and properties for professional photoshoots.
- Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, photographers, and vendors to execute shoots across PAN India.
- Review and shortlist images to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain shoot schedules, vendor databases, expenses, and reports using Google Sheets and Docs.
- Manage multiple shoots, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure timely execution.
- Bring a strong eye for interiors, styling, and visual storytelling while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Travel across India as required.
- 1–2 years of experience in interior styling, photography coordination, visual merchandising, or hospitality.
- Strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive,



and willing to travel extensively across India.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

- Prior experience in styling and executing photoshoots for luxury hospitality, villas, or premium real estate brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual storytelling

- TAT Adherence: Deliver 95%+ of shoots within timelines.
- Styling & Quality: Maintain 4+/5 quality rating for styled properties and photos.
- Shoot Execution: Achieve 90%+ shoots without reschedules or cancellations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve on-ground challenges with minimal escalations.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong PAN India network of photographers and stylists.
- Content Quality: Ensure 95%+ brand-compliant, error-free photo deliveries.
- Budget Management: Keep shoot expenses within 10% of the approved budget.
