We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer toensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. Theideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and astrong understanding of software development processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions,and Performance issuesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, managers, and support engineers to identify and resolve quality issues.Investigate and analyse root causes of defects, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectivenessStay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in software quality assurance.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesRequirements:➢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.➢ Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing techniques.➢ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools,
