Support the organization's indirect tax function by ensuring timely GST compliance, accurate tax reporting, effective ITC management, and

coordination of audits, assessments, and litigation matters across plants and depots.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

 Support implementation of GST-related process improvements and compliance initiatives.

 Provide tax inputs for business transactions and operational decisions.

 Assist in subsidy claim documentation and compliance requirements..

Financial

 Prepare and review monthly and annual GST returns.

 Perform Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.

 Ensure accurate GST accounting and compliance reporting.

 Support GST registration updates and amendments.

Operational

 Coordinate GST audits, departmental notices, and assessment proceedings.





 Support management of indirect tax litigations and compliance documentation.

 Prepare data and submissions required by tax authorities, auditors, and consultants.

 Track open assessments and support annual legal confirmation processes.

 Monitor compliance across plants and depot locations..
