Role Summary:LorvenLax Tech Labs is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in Kakinada. This full-time, onsite role requires 5 days a week in the office. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience. As this is a full-time onsite position, we are currently hiring only candidates from Kakinada and surrounding areas who can commute to the office.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Success in this role will involve sourcing high-quality IT professionals, driving LinkedIn-based recruitment and outreach initiatives, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the organization's growth by building a strong talent pipeline.Responsibilities:Source and identify qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.Execute LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies to attract candidates and expand the organization's professional network.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical and business needs.Support client outreach, lead generation, and business development initiatives through LinkedIn and email marketing.Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, recruitment strategies,



and sourcing techniques.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring goals and business objectives.Qualifications:Education:- BE/B.Tech/BSc/BBA/B.Com/MBA or any Bachelor's degree.Technical Skills:Candidates who passed out in 2021 to 2025 with 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment.Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn outbound marketing, job portals, and social media platforms.Good understanding of client outreach, lead generation, lead funnel management, and business development concepts.Experience in resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Basic understanding of IT technologies, software development roles, and hiring processes.Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies, personal branding, social recruiting, and outbound lead generation will be an added advantage.Exposure to HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, HR policies, attendance management, employee engagement, and recruitment coordination, will be an added advantage.Soft Skills::- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong proficiency in English.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good organizational and time management skills.- Solid presentation and stakeholder management skills.Additional Details:Role Type: Full-TimeExperience: Freshers / 0–2 YearsLocation: Kakinada (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with industry standards.Note: Candidates residing in Kakinada and nearby locations will be given the highest priority.
