The Senior US IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a wide range of IT roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and leveraging job portals, social media, and networking channels to identify qualified candidates. The role also involves negotiating compensation,



ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and staying current with US staffing trends and market demands. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and support the company's growth objectives.QualificationsStrong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for US-based roles.Demonstrated experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology stacks and seniority levels.Proven success in Recruiting and Hiring within a fast-paced staffing or consulting setting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.Familiarity with US job markets, employment practices, and commonly used applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a US staffing firm or IT consulting organization at a senior recruiter level is highly desirable.
