Experience: 7–8 Years
Key Requirements:
7–8 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation
Strong expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) and/or HFM
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation
Valuable understanding of financial consolidation processes, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and consolidation methodologies
Sound knowledge of Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, and Sub-ledgers
Experience with Financial Reports and Smart View Reports
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel, if required
