Job Title: Tech Lead – Mobile (React Native)

Location: Remote( Candidates should be open to working from the office at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Gurgaon, based on future project requirements.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Mobile (React Native) to lead the architecture, development, release management, and long-term maintenance of enterprise mobile applications. The role involves technical leadership, vendor governance, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead React Native mobile application architecture and development.
- Manage App Store & Play Store releases, production support, and performance optimization.
- Ensure code quality, architecture governance, and vendor deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and business teams to deliver enterprise mobile solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, mobile security, and release management.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience with 6+ years of recent React Native development.
- Strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
- Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture, Redux/Context API, REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, App Store & Play Store publishing, CI/CD (Fastlane/GitHub Actions/ADO), GitHub, and mobile performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Valuable to Have

- Native Android/iOS development.
- React.js, Node.js or Python.
- Azure/AWS, MongoDB, Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into mobile applications.
