Job Description:

Responsible to lead banking ops and ensure adherence to quality as per the business rule for the relevant data captured by the case owner in corresponding client application.

- Basic knowledge of Funding and Settlement/Closing processes.
- Monitor relevant mailboxes regularly to ensure TAT adherence.
- Sound knowledge of Discharge Authority and related mortgage documents.
- Strong attention to detail to identify and verify matching information across documents.
- Respond promptly to queries or reroute them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- SLA Management
- MI Reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any field
- Good Analytical Skill
- Computer proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,
- Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex information to colleagues using transparent, simple language

Experience:





- Minimum of 7 – 8 years of experience in residential mortgage servicing or underwriting
- Minimum 3-4 years in a people management or team leader role.
