The team ensures compliance with regulatory standards, delivers actionable insights, and helps strengthen financial reporting and governance. Working here offers exposure to end-to-end audit processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.What's in it for you?Manage end-to-end statutory audit engagements, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and guide teams on technical and procedural matters. Deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to strategic audit planning.Role DescriptionLead assurance engagements by finalizing audits, standardizing methodologies, and managing client relationships across diverse industries. Responsible for maintaining client-wise margins, developing and mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Actively contribute to business development through client meetings, proposal preparation, and pitch presentations. Provide operational support to senior leadership in areas such as MIS, MRM, IT, Admin, and HR coordination.1.Audit Finalization & Quality AssuranceIndependently finalize statutory audits and reviews, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent application of audit methodologies and standards across engagements. To work closely with SSC (Audit shared service center) for bringing efficiency in routine audit tasks, 100% Adherence to Audit documentation on digital tools (CCH),



To support in effective closure of cold file and hot file reviews, To work closely with quality teams for Audit quality initiatives, To participate in Internal audit quality reviews, Effective monitoring of work carried by the audit team (especially in case of Hybrid mode - work from home).2.Practice Development & Methodology ImplementationDrive uniform audit practices by updating manuals, developing current methodologies, and implementing standardized procedures aligned with evolving regulatory and industry requirements.3.Client & Engagement ManagementOversee planning, scheduling, and profitability of audit engagements, maintain robust client relationships, and ensure timely, value-driven service delivery.4.Training & Capability BuildingDesign and deliver technical, soft skills, and induction training programs to enhance team competencies and ensure consistent professional development.5.Resource & Performance ManagementLead recruitment, appraisals, and team building efforts, ensuring optimal resource allocation, employee retention, and succession planning.6.Business Development, Strategic Planning and VisibilityContribute to business growth through pricing strategy, proposal development, client pitches, and preparation of business plans, sales materials, writing articles, speaking engagements etc.7.Crisis & Technical Support ManagementProvide proactive solutions during engagement crises, offer technical support across practices, and ensure timely research updates and alert releases.Required Competencies, Skills, and ExperienceSkills: Audit leadership, client management, team development, strategic planningKnowledge: Indian GAAP, IFRS, audit standards, complianceBehaviors: Accountability, strategic thinking, collaboration, integrityHiring Process:Your interaction with us will include, but not be limited to:- Technical / HR Interviews- Assessment
