Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, engaging learners through case studies and experiential activities, mentoring students on startup ideas, and guiding them on business planning, innovation, and leadership. The role involves assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, contributing to curriculum development,



and collaborating with colleagues on academic and outreach initiatives. The Professor is expected to participate in industry engagement, guest sessions, and events that strengthen the institute's entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.Location - SIES NerulSubject - Product Design & TQMQualificationsStrong expertise in entrepreneurship, startup development, and business management, with the ability to translate theory into practical application.Demonstrated skills in curriculum design, academic instruction, and learner-centered pedagogy.Experience mentoring or coaching students, aspiring founders, or early-stage entrepreneurs.Ability to conduct applied research or industry projects related to innovation, enterprise creation, and economic development.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learners.Proven capacity to collaborate with industry partners, incubators, and professional networks.Master's degree or higher in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, or a related discipline; a doctoral degree is an advantage.Prior teaching experience at the university level or equivalent professional training experience is highly desirable.Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning setting and promoting ethical, socially responsible entrepreneurship.#TQM #Productdesign
