This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and content creators from the South Region who align with UrbanGabru's brand and audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating influencer campaigns, negotiating collaborations, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of content and promotions. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with influencers, supporting social media initiatives,



and collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for planning, executing, and optimizing regional campaigns.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to build and maintain effective relationships with influencers and partners.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support campaign-driven conversions, negotiate collaborations, and understand basic performance metrics.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are beneficial.Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or grooming brands, familiarity with South Region markets, and proficiency with social media analytics tools are advantageous.Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
