Role Description As a Content Writer at OneGTMLab, you will create clear, compelling content that supports product marketing, GTM campaigns, and founder-led personal branding initiatives. You will draft and refine web copy, posts, thought leadership articles, case studies, and email content aligned with strategic positioning and messaging. You will collaborate closely with marketing and GTM teams to translate complex ideas into accessible narratives, while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice. Daily tasks include researching target audiences and market trends, outlining and writing content, revising based on feedback,



and optimizing content for digital channels. This is a full time, remote role that requires independent work, proactive communication, and comfort with fast-moving startup environments.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy across digital channels.
- Experience with Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and validate content that aligns with GTM objectives and audience needs.
- Solid Proofreading skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency in style and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for founders, startups, and B2B audiences.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, startups, or product-led growth environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with as a content and personal branding platform, and interest in AI tools for content ideation and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
