Job Description
To deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in, check-out, and stay experience, while maintaining a warm, skilled, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Assist guests with room assignments, requests, and queries.
- Ensure timely delivery of guest messages, mail, and packages.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, following escalation procedures if necessary.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing proactive service and anticipating needs.
