Job Description - What You'll Be Doing
1. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create user-friendly interfaces for robots and software tools.
2. Translate user needs and business goals into clean, efficient designs.
3. Contribute to wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
4. Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency across platforms.
5. Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
6. Help in creating and maintaining the “ANSCER Design Systemˮ

Requirements
- Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you.
- Background in design, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong portfolio or resume showcasing design work (academic or personal projects included).
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and eagerness to learn more.
- You should be comfortable using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A genuine curiosity for technology, problem-solving, and design for complex systems.
