Requirements
- Plan & Execute Campaigns: Assist in
crafting creative social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Content Creation: Help
design graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting aligned with
Acowale’s brand identity.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor
competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour to bring innovative content ideas to the team.
- Community Engagement: Interact with
followers, respond to comments/messages, and spark authentic conversations.
- Marketing Support: Assist
in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content
scheduling,
and reporting performance metrics.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track post
performance, analyse insights, and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Learning & Collaboration: Work closely
with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product Teams to understand campaign strategy and branding.
What You Bring
- Passion for marketing, social media, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
- Basic skills in graphic or video design/editing tools (Canva,
Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team -player mindset.
