Job Title - Management Trainee - Accounts

Internship duration- 6 months followed by permanent employment opportunity

Location - Pune

Working hours - 9 hours - Flexible shift between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Salary - Internship stipend - 20,000/- per month and annual salary depending on performance after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bank related documentation

- Maintain inventory and stock updates; conducts audits with logistics team

- Manage booking and payments, purchase sales and invoicing

- Create and manage reports as and when required

- Support the sales operations and logistics as and when required

- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data

Qualification Criteria:

- B.Com, M.Com, relevant field fresher

- Minimum 70% score in degree.

- Taking ownership of the work





- Solid verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.

- Strong confidence level, positive attitude and proactive behavior.

- Open to learning and developing
