Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and detail -oriented law students to join our team as Legal Interns. This internship offers practical exposure to real legal work, including legal research, drafting, case analysis, documentation, and support in client and court -related matters. Interns will get an opportunity to understand the day -to -day functioning of a law firm and develop strong qualified and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and legal issues
- Assist in drafting notices, briefs, applications, agreements, and other legal documents
- Support the team in case preparation, documentation, and file management
- Attend client meetings, discussions, and proceedings where required
- Prepare summaries, notes, and research materials on assigned topics
- Assist in compliance, due diligence, and contract review work, where applicable
- Help in maintaining records, precedents, and internal knowledge resources
