The Opportunity

You will be working closely with the Impact Measurement and Advisory (IMA) team. You will assist in designing and building solutions that help CSRs and Foundations make informed, data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Research & Design Support: Assist in conducting desk research and literature reviews to support the design of monitoring frameworks, Theories of Change, and Logical Frameworks.

- Data Analysis: Support the team in cleaning, structuring, and performing basic analysis on primary and secondary data to extract meaningful insights.

- Monitoring & Evaluation Tools: Assist in the development and digitization of data collection tools (e.g., surveys or interview guides) for project monitoring.

- Reporting & Documentation: Help prepare draft reports, presentations,



and project communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Required IMA Skill Set (Intern Level)

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize information and a basic understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative).

- Data Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools is a plus.

- Social Sector Interest: A strong interest in concurrent monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) within the impact space.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to help translate complex data into clear documentation.

- Agility: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment as part of a closely-knit team.
