Roles And Responsibilities:-

- Help in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee welfare and workplace culture
- Support HR in CSR activities and Employee engagement activities by providing necessary materials, supplies,



and resources for CSR and employee engagement events.
- Support in drafting and editing HR documents, such as policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to improve decision-making processes
- Assisting in Admin related day to day tasks.
- Maintaining company assets.

- Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience of working in HR operations.
- Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
