Role Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records

- Support HR policies, compliance, and audits

- Maintain HR systems, reporting, and key HR metrics

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and engagement initiatives

- Support performance management, training, and development programs





- Coordinate with vendors and manage asset-related processes

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- High discretion with confidential information

- Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
