Responsibilities:

- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and job descriptions for open positions.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
- Schedule and organize interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Handle recruitment-related queries and communications.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Currently studying management (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or recent graduates.
