What Will You Be Doing?

As a graphic design intern working in the employee engagement team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

- Craft killer designs to contribute towards brand marketing initiatives

- Bring employee engagement and experience ideas to life with your creativity

- Collaborate with various teams for in-house design projects

- Turn important work updates and communications into easy-to-understand and eye-catching creatives





- Use your storytelling skills to draft content and resources that get employees talking

- Work closely with senior leadership to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in graphic design or an impressive body of work

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

- A keen eye for detail and originality

- Quick turnaround time and the ability to collaborate with teams
