We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands -on experience, work on real -time projects, and build strong technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities


- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems or applications.

- Support senior engineers in technical tasks and project execution.

- Analyze technical requirements and contribute to solution development.

- Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of engineering processes.

- Follow company engineering standards, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure project success.

- Participate in technical training and skill development programs.

- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical,



Electrical, or related disciplines).

- Strong understanding of core engineering concepts.

- Basic knowledge of programming, technical tools, or engineering software relevant to the field.

- Good analytical and problem -solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast -paced environment.

Good to Have

- Internship or academic project experience.

- Familiarity with industry tools, software, or platforms.

- Basic understanding of SDLC or engineering lifecycle processes.

- Exposure to Agile or project -based work environments.
