passionate Digital Marketing Intern to set the marketing team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a strong foundation in digital

marketing while working in the HR tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google

Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Create engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and website..

● Manage company profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

● Optimize content using SEO best practices and perform keyword research.

● Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.

● Assist in email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tasks.





● Conduct competitor analysis and help refine marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

● Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).

● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and social media platforms.

● Basic understanding of WordPress or similar CMS is a plus.

● Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

● Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Must be located in Bangalore and available for immediate joining.

● Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a

related field.

● Availability to commit to a 6-month internship.
