Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Customer Success team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning SaaS products, and building strong problem-solving skills.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure users get value from AI Accountant, while developing a strong foundation in customer success, product understanding, and stakeholder communication.

Where You Can Create Impact

- Support customers in understanding and using AI Accountant effectively

- Assist with onboarding, basic queries, and issue resolution

- Build empathy-driven customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails





- Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and product gaps

- Help track customer issues, resolutions, and follow-ups

- Learn how customer success drives retention, adoption, and growth

- Contribute to improving CS processes and documentation

Must-have Skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- High customer empathy and problem-solving mindset

- Clear intent to build a career in Customer Success / SaaS

- Good aptitude and willingness to learn fast

- Ability to commit full-time for 6 months

Good-to-have Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance

- Prior exposure to sales, customer support, or client-facing roles

- Comfort working with tools, tickets, or CRM systems
