Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

● Coordinate ongoing projects like workshop launches, creator onboarding, and campaign rollouts

● Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure creator-side readiness

Research & Growth:





● Assist in market and competitor research for new spiritual modalities or service types

● Analyze user feedback and suggest actionable insights for product improvement

Data & Analytics:

● Maintain daily reports.

● Present data insights in structured format using Google Sheets and basic dashboards

What We’re Looking For:

● Strong communication & project coordination skills

● Self-starter with bias for action — things move fast here

● Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, and Canva/Figma is a plus

● Interest in spirituality, wellness, or creator economy is a bonus
